JCMU Students Take a Lesson in Japanese Cooking from the Experts

Learning how to cook while abroad is a challenge. We make that easier for our students by bringing in volunteers from the community.

Students learned how to make fried rice, tofu steak, and soup. Not only did students gain cooking skills but this was also a great opportunity to use the Japanese skills they are learning here in a practical setting. Everyone enjoyed their food and learning to cook!
